Your First Appointment

We reserve one hour for your initial visit. Please bring your completed patient registration forms with you in order to optimize your appointment time. These forms may be downloaded from our website. Otherwise we kindly request you arrive 10 minutes early to fill out registration materials.

During your first visit we will discuss your dental concerns and review you dental and health history. We will also complete a comprehensive examination of your teeth and gums as well as perform an oral cancer screening utilizing Vizilite Plus technology. X-rays and intra-oral photographs may be taken to assist Drs. Kwon & Jabbour with their examination and treatment recommendations.
