Invisalign

My journey with Invisalign started at Hani Jabbour's dental office in Walnut Creek. After the excellent experience I had with the standard dental work, I wanted to try aligning my teeth, because I had a rotated tooth from childhood and it affected my self-image. The Invisalign process was surprisingly pleasant and the period of adjustment did not take long. As Invisalign is made of high quality invisible plastic, people around you don't even notice any difference. It took me more than a year to get my teeth realigned, but now I can finally smile confidently in any occasion! The staff at Dr Hani's office was extremely professional, friendly, and easy going. After finishing with my Invisalign braces, believe my experience was worth every penny!

ZOOM! WHITENING

I love what the ZOOM! Whitening has done for my smile. The procedure was easy and comfortable and I felt perfectly relaxed. Everything was explained to me before each step and the staff at Kwon and Jabbour were wonderful! My teeth have never looked better! I would definately recommend ZOOM! to anyone who wants a better smile!

I am so incredibly impressed at the kindness and professionalism of this practice. From the moment I entered the front door there was a calmness and east about the office. Not only is the staff friendly and helpful but the office is equipped with state of the art technology that you don't typically see - very impressive.  I found Dr. Kwon to be very knowledgeable, insightful, and down to earth (she's very easy to talk to and explains every step). The office's main focus is customer service and they definitely go above and beyond to attain it. My overall experience was extremely positive and I look forward to my next visit.

Only go to Dr. Jabbour if you want the best dentistry and staff in the east bay. From deep rout cleaning, replacing all my fillings, Invisalign and finally removing two wisdom teeth, he did it all. This is the sort of doctor who calls you after hours and leaves his cell phone number in case you need anything. You will not find a better dentist or more caring staff in dentistry today.

I gotta tell ya... I'am extremely impressed on my chipped tooth nightmare, which Dr. Hani Jabbour along w/ staff Marie who worked my in on a moments notice literally was handled.
These guy's went Above & Beyond my expectations.  End result: You could not even tell after Dr. Jabbour & Marie competed the procedure.  I'am so glad I chose Dr. Jabbour as my denist which I have trusted for years...  Again,  Thank-you guys for a job well done.  FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

From the awesome welcome that Maria at the front desk provided to Dr Hani and his great staff, I was highly satisfied with the amount of communication and care. Overall, a dental experience is never "painless" experience, but with the level of service provided, I can't wait to go back for more "pain". I have already told several people about this office, while immediately joining Facebook. Any company would benefit from benchmarking this office! (only if you want to have a world class organization

When you walk in the door of the office, you are greeted and offered something to drink. The office staff is very pleasant and both doctors are excellent providers. Their intent is to keep your teeth healthy and keep you smiling. I've enjoyed each visit I've had with them and look forward to the care and kindness their office offers in the future.

Dr. Julie Kwon has a fantastic "chair side" manner. Explains everything very plainly and makes the entire dental visit pleasant.
My recent experience with having a Cerec crown procedure with Dr. Kwon was flawless. A perfect fit the first time, without the need to grind away at the teeth in the area to make the crown fit right.

I had some fillings done and the process was comfortable and easy. The entire staff is friendly and Dr. Kwon was great as usual. When the numbing wore off, I could barely tell anything was done. Keep up the great work.

As always i had a great time; you were all friedly and profesional. the massage feets and hands during my visit was a great idea I was relaxed for the rest of the day. The first second I came in, the receptionist greeted me warmly!! I was also taken in right away! When I was being fitted for my mouthgaurd, the dental technician was very kind and made the appointment harmless and easy! Thanks to everyone who made my experience fun!

Thanks Dr. Kwon and staff for making my "routine cleaning" anything but routine. Getting my hands and feet massaged while laying there getting my teeth polished was beyond dreamy. Thanks for a great day....loved the yummy chocolate dipped strawberries too!!! I felt very pampered. :)

I took my one year old to see Drs Kwon and Jabbour because that is where my husband and I receive excellent dental care ourselves. I wasn't sure how my son would behave, he doesn't even like it where I try to look in his mouth. But Dr Kwon and her staff were kind & patient, so much that my son let them take a look inside his mouth to see he pretty new teeth! Great with kids!

I almost fell asleep in the chair while Dr Kwon was filling my cavity today. :) That's a first! I was relaxed and completely numb. I always enjoy my dental visit at this practice and my dental needs are always completely taken care of. The staff are very friendly and professional. Their equipment is so state of the art! Who gets a massage while they are having their teeth cleaned? I do! :) Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
